Major activities of the NGO
SHG formation and capacity building, advocacy and awareness on women rights in LWE Districts-Bijapur (Block-Usoor&Bhairamgarh) Sukma (Block-Chindgarh) and Bastar (Block- Jagdalpur) The project has been supported by NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ). Livelihood security through need based skill training at community level and promotion. Present year 110 SHG formation, Bank linkages and process of loan disbursement. Maa sharda Lok Kala Manch has accepted the challenges and come out with successful achievement in these districts.
One short film “Naya sabera” is provid screening for the benefit of 100 villagers each block by Financial Literacy Campaign Programme, Chindgarh block in Sukma District and Bhairamgarh block in Bijapur District. SHG orientation and Leadership Programme For the leaders and members of SHGs in Chindgarh block in Sukma District and Bhairamgarh & Usoor block in Bijapur District benefit of 10 SHGs members each block.
Livelihood security project
Rural livelihood option and its security has been a challenge in rural area but the rural livelihood project of Maa sharda Lok Kala Manch has accepted the challenges and come out with successful achievement in the district of Bastar, Dantewada,Bijapur.Sukma, Kondagaon & Narayanpur. The project has been supported by the department of DRDA of all these district under BRGF,SGSY and ITDP.During the year 2012-2013 ,150 people have been trained on different livelihood skill 70% of them are having a sustainable livelihood option and maintaining their life and family.
Objective:
To promote livelihood option and ensuring livelihood security among the poor and marginal youth and women.
Strategies
Community skill mapping and maximum utilization of indigenous skill and resources to sustain livelihood security among the poor and marginal through skill enhancing.
Main outcomes
150 people have been trained on different livelihood skill 70% of them are having a sustainable livelihood option and maintaining their life and family.

Training follows up and series of motivational session need to add to keep consistent the spirit of the trainee to improve the skill. 70% trainees are sustaining their livelihood.

Reproductive health and HIV/AIDS prevention project:
This project has been supported by Emmanuel Hospital Association and the Bethel Health and development society under Bethel Hospital.
Community served:
Adolescent girl/Pregnant women/eligible couple/
Objective:
To identify the high risk ANC and person with infection and providing preventive and curative solution in their community.
Strategies:
Street play/Group and one to one counseling /showing movie/in-depth interview /FGD. Medical camp with test.
Main outcomes:
25% of the patient has the complain of white discharge .50 % of ANC are not getting proper checkup services and having multiple infection and complication.
Evaluation methods employed:
Interview with doctors/interview with patient/PIA (Participatory Impact assessment.
Evaluation results:
39% of people who were the part of our program are able to articulate the four mode of HIV Transmission.60% people are able to share their problem of infection like STI/RTI/UTI/.
